Five Star Adult Ratings Criteria

Five Star Adult ratings criteria have been formulated to bring you the best possible experience as you seek on-line adult activities. Sites which receive a Five Star Adult rating permit you to explore the adult world without being trapped by endless blind links and pop-up windows. Five Star Adult sites are ethical adult businesses that treat their customers fairly and honestly.

Five Star Adult Site Standards

No paid advertising of any kind is accepted.

No site may pay to be listed on Five Star Adult. No site selected for listing may pay for the order or position of its listing.

Sites are listed randomly within each category. A new random order is assigned with each new log-in.

All sites listed with Five Star Adult have received a Five Star Adult rating.

Sites that fail to meet Five Star Adult standards are not listed.

The connection to each Five Star Adult rated site is direct, with either zero or a very small number of pop-up windows.

Sites with either entry or exit pop-up windows designed to trap you in an endless loop of advertising are not listed on Five Star Adult.

The ENTER point for each Five Star Adult rated site must appear on the first screen visited. ENTER means enter. No blind or false links are permitted.

All the fees for each Five Star Adult rated site must be clearly posted and strictly adhered to. No hidden charges. Any extra charges you might encounter are described in the site review.

The cancellation procedures for each site are described at the end of each site's review.

If you find a site that no longer meets these standards, or if you encounter any other problem with any site listed, please use the "Send Comment" link by that site's name on Five Star Adult to notify the Five Star Adult webmaster of the problem you encountered.

Five Star Adult Reviewing Process

Five Star Adult staff members have joined each and every reviewed site, and personally judged each one for content. The reviewed sites were not informed of our staff presence. Each site membership was paid for without the visiting sites being aware that our staff was making payment as part of an assessment of business practices. Each membership was also cancelled to complete the test of both the billing and the canceling procedures. Sites listed as reviewed by Five Star Adult staff members have handled billing and canceling of memberships correctly. Sites that failed to either bill or cancel correctly were permanently dropped from listing consideration. No second chances given.
